How to Reach Us
The best way to get support is by email:
A real person from our team will read your message and respond within 24–48 hours. We do our best to reply even sooner whenever possible.
What to Include in Your Message
To help us respond as quickly and helpfully as possible, please consider including:
- The name of the app you're using
- A short description of what you were trying to do
- What happened (and what you expected to happen)
- The type of device you're using (for example, iPhone or Android)
- Any screenshots, if you're comfortable sharing them
You don't need to include all of this — even a quick note is enough to get us started.

Your privacy matters to us. All data created within our apps is stored locally on your own device — it is never transmitted to our servers or stored in the cloud. When you contact support, please only share information you're comfortable sharing by email. We will never ask you for passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal details.
