Beat the Craving · Coming 2027
When a craving hits, you'll have a plan.
Cravings come in waves. They build, peak, and pass. Beat the Craving helps you ride out each one with coping strategies you choose, and helps you stick with them one day at a time.
Who it's for
People in recovery, people cutting back on alcohol, nicotine, or other substances, and anyone who wants a private, judgment-free tool for hard moments.
What you can do
- Build your coping toolkit. Choose from a list of coping options or add your own: take a walk, pray, call a friend, breathe, or something that's yours alone.
- Get to it fast. Open the app in a hard moment and go straight to your strategies, plus quick grounding, breathing, and distraction exercises.
- Count every craving you beat. Each time you choose a coping option instead, your counter goes up. Watch your wins add up.
- Ride out the wave. A simple timer helps you hold on while a craving passes.
- Spot your triggers. Note what was happening, like the time, the place, or the feeling, and start to see patterns.
- Stay accountable. Set a daily commitment and check in with yourself.
- Reflect and grow. Write down what helped, so you know what to reach for next time.
